We ship from Europe. Delivery time is approx 7 - 14 business days upon dispatch.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Top King will look at each individual claim for a refund on its own merit. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Top King. Our policy is that should you wish to return your purchased then you must do so with the original receipt and original packaging within 7 calendar days of purchase.
All items returned to Top King must be in a saleable condition, in the original packaging.
All items returned are subject to inspection prior to any refund being issued.
No product returns or exchanges will be accepted without a Top King issued authorization number [RMA] -- shipments without an authorization number will be refused. Buyers are to ship their product via a method that provides a tracking number and a signature upon delivery. If a Top King representative does not sign accepting receipt of a package, Top King accepts no liability for a buyers package or any lost product. If a buyer sends a purchased product to Top King without following these guidelines, Fight StuffGlobal retains the sole right to refuse delivery of such return or deny credit. With the exception of the defective unit exchange and unopened package [within 7 days] return policies stated above.
Please Note: Requests for refunds must be received in writing and may take up to 28 days to process upon authorization from our accounts department.
